1. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your favorite items, choose your size, and add them to your cart. Then proceed to checkout and complete your order.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, and also offer payment through bank transfer/online methods for your convenience.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days depending on your city and location.
4. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we have a 7-day return & exchange policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please check our Refund & Return Policy page for details.
